APPLICATION SOFTWARE


ARC TOOL

The ArcTool Application Software is designed to simplify and standardise the setup and operation of arc welding applications. Built-in arc welding functionality and point-and-shoot position teaching allow the operator to program the robot easily and very quickly.


DISPENSE TOOL

The DispenseTool software has been specially designed to perform glueing and sealing operations. The robot system offers outstanding performance when manipulating automobile parts and other products. The DispenseTool software has an interface for specifying parameters of operation of the dispensing system. With the DispenseTool software, the sealing gun, dispenser, remote controller, and other external units can be controlled.


HANDLING TOOL

HandlingTool application software, integrated with a FANUC Robot and controller, provides an effective process solution to most general material handling, material removal and assembly applications. HandlingTool simplifies and standardises the setup and operation of FANUC robots. Little or no previous programming or operating experience is required. It provides full robot functionality at the teach pendant for setup, programming, position teaching, start-up operation, diagnostics and robot status reporting.


PAINT TOOL

PaintTool is a process software dedicated to painting and coating applications

The PaintTool application software package, integrated with a FANUC Robot and controller, provides the user with a process solution that meets both industrial and automotive painting and coating needs. PaintTool simplifies the setup and operation of FANUC paint robots.


SPOT TOOL +

The SpotTool+ application software package, integrated with a FANUC Robot and R-30iA Controller, provides a solution to simplify and standardise the setup and operation of FANUC robots used in body shop applications such as

  • Spot welding
  • Sealing
  • Handling

Built-in functions typical to body shop applications are provided, allowing the operator to easily teach positional data and logical sequences using familiar terms and menu prompted commands.
Full functionality is provided at the teach pendant for setup, operation and troubleshooting, including diagnostics, status reporting and error recovery information.
